: Well setup with normally “homely” facilities.Having an office was an added appreciated bonus. Kitchen had lots of options available for different cooking.
: 02nd bedroom - fold out couch - spending 6 nights on a fold out couch was not what I anticipated after spending $1300 for the week. Lights out in multiple spots, and batteries in tv remotes not working so I replaced them myself.

: The property was a great location, close to most things
: The verandas were very dirty and The chairs. I swept and hosed them otherwise we took it inside .Marks on fridge and microwave,so I don’t think it was cleaned. Tv didn’t work in bedroom and no wifi. Hefty $200 cleaning fee, I expect it to be clean.

: We loved the Apartment......!!Property managed by a company called Madecomfy. They were very helpful with any issues or questions.Views to the water slightly broken up by trees but still a nice outlook.The area Chiswick was great, quiet.Walk to the ferry hilly but doable & once you have worked out the buses and have your opal cards this helps cut down some of the walk each day.The pools in and outside are nice and accessible via your swipe access on your keys. The apartment is fully kitted out.We highly recommend this property.Regards Joh & Kim Sorensen.Perth W.A.

: Waterfront was easily accessible from apartment, great location. Lots of walking paths to explore the area. Resort facilities (pool & tennis court) were very good.
: Some of the down/halogen lights were not working so reported to management. They came promptly to fix but apparently it was an electrical problem for an electrician to fix. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixed even by the time of our check out.

: The unit was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating in. It was well stocked with Bathroom supplies. It was well furnished and comfortable. The location. Easy access to transport to the City.
: There was no Key to unlock the door to access the Lift Lobby from the Garage. So once the car was parked in the Garage we had to exit the Garage/Building and enter the Building via the Main Entrance to the Building. This was very inconvenient when arriving with Luggage or after buying groceries etc. A Key to this door should be supplied with the Door Keys and Access Fob.

: Lovely location. Beautiful, spacious and quiet apartment with everything we needed - close to ferry. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
: A number of lights weren’t working - both ceiling and lamps. The pool heating was broken at the time of our stay. The pool was one of the major reasons we selected the property so that was disappointing - but not a total problem because we found Chiswick beach.
