Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. No cots are available. No extra beds are available.

Please note that there is a 3.25% charge when you pay with a Diners Club card. Please note that the card surcharge may change at any time. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. Bedding: All bedrooms (except Studio Suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. To split the beds the property requires notice prior to arrival. You can request this in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Group Bookings: Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 7 rooms or more. Please note the property provides one full housekeeping service per week for guests staying longer than 7 nights due to limitations within the labour market and COVID-19 related safety guidelines. Regrettably, we have suspended our daily light service until further notice. Guests will have access to additional kitchen or bathroom amenities upon request to our Guest Services team during their stay.
