  : Th apartment was spacious with adequate appointments but the stairs were annoying especially considering the bathroom was on the upper level. There was virtually no customer service available. Was told to contact a locksmith if locked out of apartment.
  : The key collection was a farce. Had to collect keys from the other side of the city and upon arrival, the collection details were incorrect. Keys had to be collected from a locked mail box, was given the wrong mail box number and the host did not promptly respond to phone calls.
